Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Be free from installation, modification, or damage
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Modified or altered items
- Products showing signs of wear or damage
- Clearance or final sale items
- Special-order products (unless defective)
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Exchanges
We gladly assist customers with exchanges when eligible inventory is available.
If you ordered the wrong product or need a different compatible item, please contact us before returning your order so we can discuss the available options.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- An incorrect item shipped by us
- A product that arrived damaged
- A verified manufacturer defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Inspection Process
All returned merchandise undergoes inspection upon arrival.
Items that fail inspection because they have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may be returned to the customer without a refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable carrier fees. These amounts may be deducted from the refund.
Warranty Information
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, when applicable, is provided by the product manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
